Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped every weekday, excluding weekends and holidays. Domestic orders with an end-address in US are shipped from US and orders with an end-address in Europe are typically shipped from EU. Any other international orders will be shipped from either of the two locations (US or EU) depending on customer's address.
Upon confirmation of payment your order will be processed for shipment within 2 - 5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled a shipping confirmation will be issued to the email you registered with. We use standard shipping (5 - 10 business days) on all orders (domestic and international) with a flat rate of $6.95. Free shipping applies on every order over $60.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email info@therebelbros.com immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

CUSTOMS FEES

Customs or import duties (if any) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are in no way responsible for duties you are charged as they are completely out of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sometimes shit happens. Mistakes are made. No big deal. To process a return/exchange, please get in touch with us via Contact Us page. You may return or exchange products up to 14 days after delivery. They must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you must be prepared to cover shipping costs for returning your item. 
Products returned for a refund will be credited within 14 business days of The Rebel Bros receiving the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company first, as very often processing time is required before your refund is officially posted.
* Please note that apparel (t-shirts, caps, etc.) and sterling silver jewelry are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange, so make sure to double check your size before placing an order.
Refund requests will not be approved in the following scenarios: product not received by customer due to factors outside of our control (i.e. lost goods in case of an incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer); product not received (on time) due to exceptional circumstances (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster); other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Rebel Bros.
